On Windows you can uses the convert2ME.bat or convert2PDB.bat to convert a file. You can also do it by executing the following command lines :

You can now copy the newly created .PDB file to your device and use the "Open" menu of JLearnItPDA.

If you want to create files for JLearnItME replace the last command line with java -cp JLearnItPDA.jar;SuperWaba\superwaba.jar jlearnit.JLearnItTxt2J2ME <input file>
The program will create a headers.txt and some .bin files. Put these files in the file JLearnItME.jar using a tool such as WinZip

How to run it on desktop :

Execute JLearnItPDA.bat or
java -cp JLearnItPDA.jar;SuperWaba\superwaba.jar;SuperWaba waba.applet.Applet [options] JLearnItPDA
